Market Coupling NorNed cable delayed one day

The launch of Central-West-European (CWE)- Interim Tight Volume Coupling (ITVC) step 2 (the inclusion of the NorNed interconnector between Norway and The Netherlands into the ITVC) is postponed for 1 day due to a major power outage at the APX-Endex main operations centre. APX-Endex will not be able to complete the necessary go-live preparations by tomorrow.
The start of CWE-ITVC step 2 will now be on 12th of January. The current procedures, including the explicit auction of NorNed capacity, will apply on 11th of January.
